These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of curiobeyondstudios.com (the "Site"). The Site is run by J&D Creative Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates the CurioBeyond Studios brand ("CurioBeyond Studios," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

CurioBeyond Studios is a documentary studio based in Florida, United States, run by J&D Creative Group, LLC. You can reach us at info@curiobeyond.com.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an information site about our documentary series. It links to our channels on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, the platforms we use for our videos.

The Site does not sell anything. It has no accounts, no comments and no way to upload anything.

3. Content and ownership

The text, graphics, logos, images and design on the Site belong to J&D Creative Group, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws unless the Site says otherwise.

You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission, please do not copy, republish or build new works from what is on the Site, and do not use our name, logo or branding. None of this limits any use the law allows without permission, such as a short quotation with credit for news, commentary or criticism.

Other companies' names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their owners. Naming a company, a publication or a platform does not mean it has reviewed or endorsed us.

Any video we post on a third-party platform (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram) is also covered by that platform's own terms.

4. Our content is information, not advice

CurioBeyond Studios makes documentary-style videos on topics we find interesting. The videos and any written material on the Site are for information and entertainment. They reflect editorial choices, and we do not promise that anything on the Site or in our videos is complete, current or free of errors. They are not professional, financial, medical, legal or other expert advice. If a topic matters to a decision you are making, check it yourself or ask a qualified professional.

5. Other websites and platforms

The Site links to other websites and platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. When you follow a link, their terms and policies apply, not ours.

6. Using the Site

Please do not:

• use the Site for anything unlawful or against these Terms

• interfere with how the Site works, including through bots or automated scraping we have not approved

We may block access to the Site for anyone who does.

7. Ideas and pitches

We do not accept unsolicited ideas, story pitches or scripts. If you send us one anyway, you agree that we may already have something similar in development or may develop something similar later, and that we owe you nothing for it.

9. Accessibility

We want the Site to work for everyone. If something on it is hard to use, email info@curiobeyond.com and tell us the page and what happened.

10. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CurioBeyond Studios and J&D Creative Group, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
