Copyright and takedown requests

CurioBeyond Studios respects other people's rights. If you own a copyright and believe your work appears on this Site, or in one of our videos, without permission, please write to us.

How to send a notice

Email info@curiobeyond.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:

1. Your full name and your contact details (email address, and a postal address or phone number).
2. A description of your work, with a link to it if one exists.
3. Exactly where it appears: the page address on the Site, or the video link and the time in the video.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right or are allowed to act for the owner.
6. Your signature. A typed full name is fine.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we read it. If the claim looks valid, we remove the material or block access to it while we look into it, and we tell you what we decided. If the notice is missing something, we may write back and ask for it. We keep a record of the notices we receive.

Please make sure your claim is accurate. A knowingly false claim can have legal consequences.

Videos on other platforms

If one of our videos is on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram, you can also use that platform's own copyright reporting tool. A report made there goes straight into that platform's process. You can email us as well.

What this Site does and does not host

The Site does not host anything uploaded by visitors. It has no comments, accounts or upload features. This page is about our own material.
