Data deletion and privacy requests

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you, show you what we hold, or correct it.

How to ask

1. Send an email to info@curiobeyond.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
2. In the email, tell us which email address you used to write to us, or the account name on the platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok) where you contacted us, and say what you want deleted.
3. We may write back to confirm the request is yours. We will never ask for a password.
4. We delete what we hold and confirm by email within 30 days.

What we hold

The Site has no accounts, forms or comments. The information we may hold about you is an email you sent us and our reply, and the technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as your IP address and the pages requested). We do not offer login with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

What stays on the platforms

Comments, messages and profile details you post on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok are held by those platforms, not by us. To delete or edit them, use that platform's own settings. Our deletion cannot remove them.

What we may keep

We may keep a record that a request was made and what we did. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as a copyright notice we received, for as long as the law requires.
