J&D Creative Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates the CurioBeyond Studios brand ("CurioBeyond Studios," "we," "us"), runs the website curiobeyondstudios.com (the "Site") and the CurioBeyond Studios channels on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it and what choices you have.

1. Who we are

CurioBeyond Studios is a documentary studio based in Florida, United States, run by J&D Creative Group, LLC. J&D Creative Group, LLC decides how information described in this policy is used. For any question about this policy or your information, email info@curiobeyond.com.

2. Information we collect

What you send us. The Site has no forms, accounts or comment features. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if it shows in your email, and whatever you write.

What our hosting provider records. When you visit the Site, the company that hosts it keeps basic technical logs so the Site can be delivered and kept secure. These typically include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested and the time. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors or to show advertising.

The Site does not take payments.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising tools or tracking scripts. It does not load fonts, videos or other content from other companies' servers. Because the Site does not track visitors, it treats everyone the same, including visitors whose browsers send a Do Not Track signal.

4. How we use information

We use what you send us to read and answer your message and, if you ask us to do something about your information or a copyright concern, to do it. We use hosting logs only to run and protect the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Other websites and platforms

The Site links to our channels on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow a link, you leave the Site and that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours:

• Legal authorities, when the law, a subpoena or other legal process requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CurioBeyond Studios, our visitors or the public.

7. How long we keep information

We keep an email and our reply for as long as we need them for the reason you wrote to us, and as long as the law requires us to keep records. Hosting logs are kept for the period our hosting provider sets.

8. Children

The Site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email info@curiobeyond.com and we will delete it.

9. Your rights and choices

You can email info@curiobeyond.com to:

• ask what information we hold about you and get a copy
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated policy.
